Your driveway is the first thing you and your guests see. We install and restore asphalt driveways built to handle New England winters for decades, not seasons.
Heap Paving handles every phase of residential driveway work, from removing a crumbling old surface to installing a brand-new one from grade up. We work on standard two-car driveways, extended estate entries, private roads, and everything in between.
Each project starts with a site assessment. We evaluate the existing base, drainage slope, soil conditions, and any root or frost heave issues before writing a single line on your estimate. That preparation is what separates a driveway that lasts thirty years from one that fails in five.
Asphalt is the right material for New England. It flexes through freeze-thaw cycles that crack concrete, it's cost-effective to install, and when properly maintained it holds up for 25 to 30 years. A sealcoat every few years keeps it protected and looking sharp.
We use quality-graded hot mix asphalt and compact it to spec. Owner Greg Heap is on-site for every job, not just at the handshake.

Old material is removed and hauled away. The base is graded, compacted, and corrected for proper drainage before any asphalt goes down.
Hot mix asphalt is applied in lifts and compacted to specification. Edges are clean and transitions are smooth.
On applicable jobs we apply a protective sealcoat to lock out water and UV from day one.
We check in after the job to make sure everything is exactly right. Your satisfaction is our reputation in this community.
